Carbon, cut, balanced, ready to assemble
A complete E-Props spinner set is made of the spinner, its mounting plate, and the necessary screws — 100% carbon fabric and epoxy resin, with a UV-resistant additive (UVA and UVB), manufactured with the same RTM process as the rest of the range.
Example: a 250 mm spinner with its mounting plate and screws weighs just 465 g.

Spinner diameter depends on the engine cover of the aircraft. E-Props spinners are available in multiple diameters from 260 to 380 mm. If you hesitate between two sizes, choose the smaller one for better airflow over the engine cover.
Mounted on a drilled plate
The spinner is mounted on a drilled plate positioned on the spacer — light, extremely strong, and suitable for all E-Props spacer configurations. It is held by 9 M5×16 screws, tightening torque 5 N·m. E-Props uses domed, slotted screws so the spinner can be removed with a simple coin if no tools are available.
Bright carbon, or your own paint
E-Props spinners are supplied in bright polished carbon, unpainted. You can paint yours if you wish: lightly sand the surface (600 grit) to key the paint, then use a two-component polyurethane over a well-sanded primer. Keep a light hand — don't overload the spinner with too many coats.
